To recognize the excellence and valuable contribution of organisations and individuals have made to the overall success of the contact centre industry, the most prestigious Award of the industry are now ready for entries. The 2018 Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA) Award will start accepting enrollment after the Launch Event on 4 April 2018.
The aim of the HKCCA Awards is to:
- Recognize the best of the best within the contact centre industry in Hong Kong, Macau and Greater China
- Inspire excellence and continuous improvement
- Learn and share best practices in contact centre management
- Celebrate the achievements of the Award winners on an annual basis
In the Launch Event, representatives from HKCCA will unveil the theme of the 2018 Award; explain the Award details with new categories and recognitions (introduced to reflect some of the changes that are impacting the contact centre industry) and answer questions that you may have. You are cordially invited to attend the Event with the following particulars:

The event is free of charge. Seats are limited to 50 participants and are reserved on first-come, first-served basis. Each organisation can enroll up to 2 participants with 2 other on the waiting list.
