Following the 2023 HKCCA AGM that was held on 14 March 2024, Mr. Chapman Lam was re-elected as the Chairman of HKCCA for the term 2024-2026.
Mr. Michael Cowell, having served as Chairman of the Association for the past 4 years has stepped down – as mandated by the HKCCA constitution. Mr. Cowell was then appointed as Treasurer of the Association.
Miss Jennifer Cheung was appointed as Vice Chairperson while Ms. Sally Fong was appointed as Secretary of the Association.
Mr. Lam expressed his gratitude to the contribution of Mr. Cowell and the support from the Executive Committee team. He is committed to work more closely with the team and other associations in the Asia-pacific region for the benefits of members; the customer contact industry and the community.
