Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA) and Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) proudly present the Mystery Caller Assessment Award 2018. The aim of this Award is to assist participating customer service providers who provide the service over the phone or through on-line platforms to enhance their service level and refine the contact handling best practices.

In the event, representatives from HKCCA and HKQAA will explain the details of the Award 2018 with new category and refined assessment mechanism. You are cordially invited to the event. Details are as follows:

Mystery Caller Assessment Award is opened for organizations who conduct their business or interaction with customer over the telephone or through on-line platforms.

The event is free-of-charge. Seats are limited to 50 participants and are reserved on first-come first-served basis. Each organisation can enroll up to 2 participants with 2 other on the waiting list.
