HKCCA together with CNCCA (the China Contact Centre Association) and TCCDA (the Taiwan Contact Centre Development Association) have formed a Greater China Contact Centre Alliance (GCCA). The Alliance has been registered in Hong Kong as a legal entity. The first GCCA Summit and the inauguration ceremony will be held in Hong Kong on 23 March 18. You are cordially invited to participate.
The Summit features reputable speakers from China; Taiwan and Hong Kong on the topics ranging from Artificial Intelligence (AI) application; Digital Customer Engagement to Customer Intimacy strategy.
