The prestigious Hong Kong Customer Contact Association (HKCCA) Award 2022 is ready for enrollment. The HKCCA Award is to recognize the excellence and valuable contribution of organisations and individuals to the overall success of the customer contact industry in Hong Kong and Greater China, Enrollment to the Award will be started right after the Launch Event on 8 April 2022.
In the Launch Event, representatives from HKCCA will unveil the theme of the 2022 Award; explain the Award details with some major changes in categories, assessment as well as providing update on the enhanced on-line submission system.
