The Mystery Customer Assessment (MCA) Award 2022 – the most popular award category of the HKCCA Award will be open for enrollment soon.

The MCA Award 2022 launch event will take place on 12 January 2022 online. The aim of this Award category is to assist participating customer service providers who provide service over the phone; face-to-face or through on-line platforms to enhance their service quality and refine the customer contact handling best practices.

Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) will continue be appointed as an independent assessment body to conduct the assessment and provide reports to the Award participants.

In the event, details of MCA Award 2022 will be explained with some changes on the participating stream, mode of assessment, recognitions as well as the refined assessment mechanism. You are cordially invited to attend the event with the following detail:
