The Mystery Customer Assessment (MCA) Award 2024 – the most popular award category of the HKCCA Award will be open for enrollment soon.
The MCA Award 2024 launch event will take place on 16 Jan 2024 online. The aim of this Award category is to assist participating customer service providers who provide service over the phone; face-to-face or through on-line platforms enhancing their service quality and refine the customer contact handling best practices.
Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) will continue be appointed as an independent assessment body to conduct the assessment and provide reports to the Award participants.
