2021 HKCCA Mystery Caller Assessment Award launch event was successfully held online on 15 January with over 90 delegates from different companies in Hong Kong and Southern China.
In the event, Mr. Rayland Chan, Executive Director of HKCCA has introduced the overall Award information with details in terms of Eligibility, Assessment method, Scoring, Requirement and Recognition; Representatives from Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency have lead us to more details of how we conduct the assessment.
