We are pleased to share with you that HKCCA (Call Centre Association Limited) has been invited to register in HKSAR Government Trade and Industry Department’s (TID) Directory of Hong Kong Trade and Industrial organisations. Upon completing the necessary documentation, Call Centre Association Limited is now included in the Directory.

The invitation is a recognition for HKCCA’s contribution and work for the contact centre industry, in particular the SME Development Fund project of P2P Telemarketing Code of Practice Certification Scheme; the Personal Data Privacy Ordinance Amendment and the HKCCA Awards Programme.
