The Mystery Customer Assessment (MCA) Award 2022 – the most popular award category of the HKCCA Award is open for enrollment.
The aim of this Award category is to assist participating customer service providers who provide service over the phone; face-to-face or through on-line platforms to enhance their service quality and refine the customer contact handling best practices. Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA) will continue be appointed as an independent assessment body to conduct the assessment and provide reports to the Award participants.
