HKCCA just celebrated the 20th Anniversary of its establishment in 2019. As the Association enters into a new decade and set its sight to contributing more to the industry and the community, HKCCA is going to have a new business name and a new logo.

The business name Hong Kong Call Centre Association is now changed to Hong Kong Customer Contact Association. The registered name with the Company Registry (Call Centre Association Limited) as well as the Chinese business name (香港客户中心協會) remain unchanged.

Mr. Michael Cowell, Chairman of HKCCA announces, “We’re excited to announce that, we are rebranding with a new business name, a new logo, and color scheme.

This name change is part of our strategy to broaden our service population within the Service Industry. It provides better linkage to the customer contact channels that the industry has evolved in servicing customers over the years.

Our new logo represents the relationship between the three entities — individual, technology, and HKCCA. It represents the very idea of HKCCA being the platform that enhances human and technology integration for customer-centric services; connects people for better communication and mutual learning; and inspires businesses and corporations for fair competition and continuous improvement.”
