HKCCA has undertaken a Government project which is supported by the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (SIE Fund) to provide contact centre training and on-the-job practice for Ethic Minorities (EMs) in Hong Kong with the ultimate aim to integrate them into the contact centre industry through employment.
